General Questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Print orders will be despatched within 5 working days of the order.
How are my prints posted and packed?
All UK orders are sent out in the first class post. Airmail is used for European and worldwide deliveries with approximate delivery times of 3-4 days and 5 days respectively. The prints are placed onto hardboard and sent within padded bags for protection during transit.
What will my delivery cost be?
All UK, European and worldwide deliveries depend on weight and the price will be shown in the shopping basket.
Can I return a print?
Yes. We are confident that you will enjoy your print but if there is a reason you are not happy with it then it can be returned. You will need to contact us at [email protected] and you will be issued with a returns code. Please then send the print, in its original condition, at your own cost to our postal address. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund of the card cost. This refund policy is valid for 28 days from the date of despatch.
How do I pay?
Once your items have been added to your shopping basket you need to checkout by selecting one of the payment methods. You can pay by debit or credit card via the PayPal links. Alternatively, cheques can be sent to our postal address and there is an option to do this in the
shopping basket. Please do not send cash payments. When payment has been received you will be sent an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed, and you should retain this as your order confirmation and receipt. A receipt will also accompany the print.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, for UK orders. To do this choose your print and proceed to the checkout. Click on the ‘Pay by Cheque’ option and follow the instructions. Once your cheque has cleared the print will be despatched. You will be sent an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed, and you should retain this as your order confirmation and receipt.

Is my credit card information secure?
Arenacreations do not retain the payment details you provide. Your credit and debit card details are sent direct to the payment provider you choose during the checkout process.
Do we frame prints?
At the moment we do not provide a framing service but we hope to provide this in the near future. Please contact us.
